How long does postage take?

Order by 19th December for Christmas delivery.

We will be back in the studio on 2nd January 2025 and will process all other orders then.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. 

Customs and duty fees to destinations outside of the UK

Please be aware the buyer is liable to pay customs and duty fees incurred for shipments to destinations outside of the UK. We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Returns

If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, providing it's in original resalable condition.  Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Please note you are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. We are not able to refund or exchange items that are not in original condition. Footwear should be returned with dust bag, in the original shoe box provided and inside a protective shipping box. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
